LA Cookie Con was a huge success!

Going in to the first LA Cookie Con, we really had no idea what to expect. Our hopes were that the many sweet tooths would be overwhelmed with sugar and sweet offerings and come looking for something savory...and wow were we right! 

As soon as the doors opened we had continuous line of people sampling and buying our beef jerky and our bacon jerky as well as our macarons and chocolate covered bacon on a stick. We actually ran out of everything with an hour to spare. 

We sampled some yummy donuts, cookies and other sweets. We talked to press, Master chefs and Chef Ron Ben-Isreal. And we had such a blast interacting with all of the food lovers and passionate chefs and cookie eaters.

How Banzai Jerky Started

Our company started in Jeff's home kitchen where he had his own dehydrator and began making homemade beef jerky and sharing at family functions. His delicious jerky would disappear quickly.
